Our Customer Contact Teams are extremely important to our business and are unlike any call centre you may have worked in previously – they’re small, intimate and driven to deliver a personal service to each one of our customers.
They’re responsible for managing all incoming service calls, whatever they may be; a customer wishing to book their car in for a service, a query regarding servicing intervals, helping to recover a customer’s car which has unfortunately broken-down… you name it, our Customer Contact Teams deal with it!
Not only do they deal with incoming calls, they also proactively make outgoing calls to our customers informing them when their MOT or next service is about to become due, providing reminders about switching summer/winter wheel sets, checking they still own their vehicle so that we can keep our database records updated… the list goes on!
These customer service experts put our customers at the heart of everything that they do – if there’s an issue with a customer, everyone is on the same wavelength and they’ll stop at nothing to ensure that it is resolved.
We currently have two Customer Contact Teams; one based in Bristol that looks after all our BMW and MINI customers, and the other is based in Cardiff and looks after all of our Porsche, Ferrari and Maserati customers.
The key skills for anyone wishing to join either of our Customer Contact Teams are:
- Excellent communicator; both verbal and written
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong multi-tasker
- Good computer skills
- Great sense of humour!
