As the voices and faces of our business, our Customer Reception Teams are responsible for delivering the ultimate first impression to our customers.
More often than not, the first contact a customer will have with any of our dealerships will be with one of our Customer Reception Team members, whether that is on the telephone or being greeted as they walk into the dealership.
You'll often hear that you never get a second chance to make a great first impression. It is also well known that the first impression will stay with the customer for a long time; therefore it is vital it is a positive experience and that is where our fantastic Customer Reception Teams come in!
As well as meeting and greeting our customers, our Customer Reception Teams are responsible for operating our busy switchboards, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and put through to the correct department.
They make sure our customers are well looked after whilst in the dealership; from keeping the hospitality waiting areas replenished with refreshments and the latest newspapers, to maintaining basic product knowledge and understanding of our vehicles in order to assist customers with general queries.
With such a wide range of duties and responsibilities, our Customer Reception Team members possess a certain ‘X-Factor’ – and they come from a variety of backgrounds, including retail and hospitality.
The key skills for anyone wishing to join one of our Customer Reception Teams are:
