Supporting, protecting, developing, and caring for our teams

The Dick Lovett Personnel Team is not like a traditional HR Department. Our Personnel Advisors go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels celebrated during the highest points of their lives and careers, and supported during their lower moments.

No two days are ever the same in our Personnel Department and their importance to the success of the business cannot be overstated. This is why our Head of Personnel is a permanent member of the Company’s Management Board, ensuring that our people are always at the heart of any business decision that we make.

A major area of focus for our Personnel Team is the learning and development of our people. As our most important ‘asset’, we want to make sure that everyone in our business has the opportunity to maximise their potential, and ultimately lead a very satisfying and fulfilling career with Dick Lovett.
