As a Vehicle Technician at Dick Lovett, you have the opportunity to work with some of the most recognisable car brands in the world with an uncapped bonus scheme, in a family-run company. Based in one of our BMW, MINI, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Porsche, Land Rover, BMW Motorrad or Ferrari workshops, our Vehicle Technicians repair, maintain, and service some of the most prestigious cars in the world, including super cars, sports cars, electric, and hybrid vehicles.

All of our workshops are clean and safe, with modern equipment and technology ensuring our Technicians have all the tools they need to get things right the first time for our customers.

To apply, you must be a qualified Technician or Mechanic with an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

Vehicle Technicians receive training and development that includes manufacturer-required training to learn about specific models. At Dick Lovett we provide training plans to ensure our Technicians are reaching their goals, whether it is becoming a Master Technician at BMW, a Classic Technician for Porsche, or a High Voltage Technician for MINI.

Our Apprentices work full-time alongside our talented Technicians in our workshops, and attend college for block training with the official manufacturer.

At the end of your Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship, you will have a NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
