Dick Lovett’s goal is to adapt to the modern way people search, finance and buy cars. Consumers are changing and becoming more digitalised, but they still expect the human interaction when purchasing a premium product like ours.
This is a new position in our BMW dealership in Swindon where your responsibilities will include assisting customers with our new e-commerce platform.
You will primarily respond to sales leads and information requests generated through the dealerships' website, email, live chat, social media platforms and, occasionally, video message. The main purpose of this role is to nurture and develop enquiries to pass on to the Sales Department at the best time for the customer.
As a Digital Enquiry Specialist, you will be the 'handshake' for Dick Lovett in the digital world; responsible for delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction, ensuring the customer has everything they need in the search for their next car. You will keep detailed notes in our Customer Relationship Management System and complete customer paperwork with a high-level of accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have to be adept with technology and be confident using new systems. You will possess a high sense of urgency, impeccable attention-to-detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with our customers. You should have a passion for exceptional customer service, as well as the ability to work well in a team.
If you like what you have read, we look forward to hearing from you!
An early application is advised.
No agencies please unless otherwise arranged.
We’re fortunate to receive a large response to our adverts every week. You’ll never receive an automated response from us – it’s something that we find too impersonal – and whilst we try to respond to every email, the amount of applications we receive sometimes makes that difficult. Therefore, if you don’t hear from us within 14 days, this means that unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Please be assured we read every single one and if we think you might be relevant for a future role, we’ll keep your details on our file, and will arrange to contact you should a suitable vacancy arise in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any feedback. Thank you
