Our BMW Dealership is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated BMW Genius to assist our busy Sales Department. 

The successful candidate will be steeped in the increasingly sophisticated technologies and personalisation options available from BMW to help guide customers through every step of the ordering, buying, test drive and handover process, and will be on call to help with any subsequent queries or service updates. We are looking for a proactive and self-driven individual who is computer literate, has strong telephone skills and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Whilst previous experience in a similar role is not essential, this particular role will suit somebody with a background in hospitality, retail or customer service.

This role is much more than just ‘a job’…at the Dick Lovett Group.
