Our BMW Dealership in Bristol is looking to recruit a Service/Warranty Administrator to join their Aftersales Team.
This role will support the Service Department in meeting its target objectives, implementing and administering BMW/MINI and Motorrad invoicing and warranty procedures. The successful candidate will have experience in the motor industry, possess strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Invoicing and filing
- Claim payments and corrections
- Management of ledgers
- Warranty Parts returns
A keen eye for detail and an ability to communicate with all departments within this busy dealership and with our manufacturers is essential. You would report directly to the Service Manager and be tasked with supporting the whole Service team. CDK Drive knowledge is preferable but not essential and accounting knowledge would be advantageous.
