Our BMW dealership in Bristol is looking to appoint an exceptional person who will meet and greet all customers entering the dealership and assist with their requirements.
The moment our customers either enter the showroom at our BMW Bristol Dealership or pick up the phone to us, they expect outstanding service to be delivered with enthusiasm and a smile. This is where you will excel!
This role is much more than just ‘a job’…at the Dick Lovett Group you will be part of a family that will offer you all the support you need to ensure that you have the confidence and skills to do your role well.
You will be responsible for operating a busy switchboard, handling customer interaction on a daily basis and assisting with admin duties when required. The role will also require you to assist the Reception Team at our MINI dealership in Bristol.
The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, be of smart appearance and possess the confidence to deal with customers’ high expectations. In addition to a minimum of 1 years customer service experience, ideally within the retail or hospitality industry.

Hours of work: 40 hours per week between 8.00am - 6.00pm, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday with weekends on a rota basis.
