We are delighted to announce that our Dick Lovett BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad dealerships in Bristol are looking for Apprentice Vehicle Technicians to join our already talented team in the workshop.
We are looking for a number of enthusiastic individuals to be part of our three-year Apprenticeship Programme. During your Apprenticeship, we will invest ~£30,000 in your training and development for you to become an Accredited Vehicle Technician.
Once completed, we look forward to you continuing to be a part of our successful team in our workshops. Following this, the next step on your journey could be to become a Master Technician... the sky really is the limit if you have the attitude and determination to succeed!
Overall, we are looking for individuals wo are not only passionate about cars and proud to work for Dick Lovett and the industry-leading brands we represent, but above all keen to learn and develop their knowledge to find out ‘how things work’ and ‘how things can be fixed’. If the above reflects you, then this is a fantastic opportunity to work within one of our superb workshops and train for an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle, Maintenance and Repair.
As part of your NVQ Level 3, you will also be required to attend the BMW Group Training Academy in Reading on a regular basis to further develop and enhance your knowledge and skills.
As well as employment in our Group, you will be given the training and support you need to develop both personally and professionally.
Using a combination of classroom-based training, e-learning, practical training and application of learning, you will be guided by your trainers and personal mentor along the road to success.
This Apprenticeship combines off-the-job training with on-the-job learning and you will be supported every step of the way.

To be considered, you must have GCSE Grades of 9 to 4 in Maths, English, Science and one other subject.
