We are delighted to announce that our Dick Lovett Bodyshop in both Bristol and Swindon are looking for a Bodyshop apprentice to join our already talented team in the workshop.
The Bodyshop Apprenticeship Program provides training for Paint and Panel Apprentices.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of our three-year apprenticeship program and once completed, continue to be part of the successful team at the Bodyshop.
Overall, we are looking for someone who not only is passionate about cars and proud to work for the brands Dick Lovett represents, but above all keen to learn and develop their knowledge to find out ‘how things work’ and ‘how things can be fixed’. Our company ethos is all about going the extra mile and providing exceptional customer service, therefore we want someone who will always put the customer first.
We aren’t looking for the finished article; we’re looking to give someone the best start in their career….
If the above reflects you, then this is a fantastic opportunity to work within one of our superb Workshops and train for an VRQ/VCQ Level 3 in Vehicle Accident Repair.
As part of your VRQ/ VCQ Level 3, you will also be required to attend the training academy on a regular basis.
As well as employment in our Group, you will be given the training and support you need to develop both personally and professionally.
Using a combination of classroom-based training, e-learning, practical training and application of learning, you will be guided by your trainers and personal mentor along to the road to success.
This apprenticeship combines off-the-job training with on-the-job learning and you will be supported every step of the way.

- Personal responsibility and resilience
To be considered, you must have GCSE Grades of 9 to 4 in Maths, English, Science and one other subject.
