Based at our Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Melksham, you will use your excellent customer service skills to deal with all of our Customer's requirements for servicing and repairs in an efficient and courteous manner. Duties will include (but are not limited to) booking services, completing repair orders, communicating any required repairs to our customers and working collaboratively with the Workshop Team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.
The ideal candidate will have experience in or be currently working in a Service Advisor role within a franchised dealership.
