Vacancy description

Our BMW Motorrad Dealership in Bristol are looking to recruit a Service Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate would need to have previous experience managing a team and a proven record in delivering results within a Dealership Service Department.

You will be responsible for all customer relations, procedures and contacts for service repairs and maintenance through the dealership and will be expected to contribute to the development of Service Department plans and budget, including gross profit, control of indirect and direct expenses, labour efficiency and all related items to achieve financial and customer service targets. You will also have excellent organisation skills and be able to organise, direct and control the activities of Workshop and other Service Staff in order to achieve target plans and budgets.

To contribute to the development of operating the administrative policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the Service Department. Very strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems would be preferable.

The ideal candidate will have experience within an Aftersales environment and posses a strategic approach to work that incorporates meticulous planning and analysis.
