Our Porsche Centre in Tewkesbury is looking to appoint a Deputy Service Manager to join our vibrant and customer-centric team.
The ideal candidate will bring unrivaled positivity, possess the desire to progress, share a clear passion for cars and be a great communicator with both customers and colleagues. They will be a highly organised individual who appreciates that detail is everything and embraces the core values of both the Dick Lovett Group and Porsche Brand.
The successful candidate will be required to support the Service Manager, lead the Service Advisor team through all working processes, care for incoming Service visitors, communicate technical vehicle details to the highest levels and drive our passion for the brand through excellent customer service. A proven track record in developing a team’s performance and delivering efficient practice from previous Automotive manufacturers is essential for the role.
In return, we offer an extensive training programme to support you on our journey with us, commencing with an Introductory Porsche course at the dedicated experience centre at Silverstone.
