We are looking to give a hardworking and dedicated individual the opportunity to act as an ambassador for one of the world’s most exciting and dynamic brands. It is an incredibly exciting time to be joining the Sales team at Porsche Centre Cardiff. With the launch of the all-electric Porsche Taycan last year, you will be at the forefront of helping to introduce our customers to the latest modern technological releases for one of the most exciting and iconic vehicles on the market today. In addition, you will also be providing comprehensive advice on Porsche’s already extensive and industry leading product range.
Right from the first initial enquiry, your role will be dedicated to guiding our customers through their own personal sales journey. From qualification to a seamless handover, you will be on hand to provide our customers with an unrivalled level of customer service, product knowledge and enthusiasm for Porsche, every step of the way. You will also be expected to maintain the high standards of the sales process set by our own Group and Porsche guidelines, so attention to detail and organisation is a must in this role.
Whilst applications from candidates who are currently working within the motor trade will always be welcome; ultimately, for us, the ability to demonstrate you are passionate and persuasive in your presentation are key to being successful in this role. Therefore, we are also open to receiving applications from those outside the industry with extensive sales experience, great brand awareness or unrivalled customer service experience.
