Our Porsche Centre in Tewkesbury is looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join their professional and customer centric Service Team, who have a passion for getting things right first time. The successful candidate will use their excellent communication and time management skills to efficiently deal with all of our Customer’s service and repair requirements in a courteous manner.
Duties will also include, but not be limited to:
- Booking services, completing repair orders and informing customer of repairs needed, including approximate prices and delivery dates.
- Working collaboratively with the Workshop Team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.
- Carrying out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
- Maintaining and improving knowledge of service technical information.
Ideally, you will either be currently working as a Senior Service Advisor in a franchised dealership or have been working as a Service Advisor for a number of years and looking to progress to the next stage in your career. A full UK driving licence is also an essential requirement of this role.
