Our Porsche Centre in Bristol is looking to appoint an experienced, ambitious and pro-active Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team.
Key responsibilities in this position will involve providing our customers with the first-class customer service they have come to expect and taking care of all their servicing and repair needs. This role will also include booking vehicles into the Workshop, informing customers of repairs required, completing repair orders and promoting the Service department by developing Service displays. In addition, you will work closely with the Workshop team to ensure all services and repairs are completed on-time and to schedule.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service, along with the skills and passion to deliver an outstanding and personalised service to each and every customer. You should possess outstanding listening, communication and organisation skills as well as a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
This role will require you to be highly professional and presentable and have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers. Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade, ideally with knowledge of Kerridge, is critical for this role.
