We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Porsche Centre Bristol as a Trainee Service Advisor.
Please don’t worry if you do not have any previous experience; we are seeking applications from individuals with a willingness to learn, a real desire to deliver exceptional customer service, and who want to build a career representing one of the most recognisable brands in the world.
Ideally, you will already be a good communicator that showcases your individual personality, along with good organisational skills, and with a fair level of computer literacy.
An ability to talk about or demonstrate what good customer service looks like would be advantageous, as would an interest in motor vehicles.
You will develop skills in all aspects of the role:
- Communicating with customers in person, by telephone and via our personal messaging system
- Booking in vehicles to our workshop
- Updating customers on the status of their service or repair
- Administration tasks associated with the role e.g. organizing works authorisation and raising customer invoices
- Liaising with other departments within the Centre
- Offering guidance and advice to customers
- IT systems learning
The majority of your learning will take place in-house. You will develop your skillset by supporting the current team of Service Advisors and working within other departments to broaden your operational understanding. Additional training will be provided by Porsche Cars Great Britain.
The Service Advisor role is one of the most important roles in our Centre, and we are keen to develop our next star in this role.
